Job Description
1. Understanding the software application created by us
2. Working on a detailed understanding of diagnostic lab functioning and customer requirements
3. Offering customer support for ensuring our software works smoothly for the labs
4. Showing availability during working hours for support and quickly understanding the issues being faced and suggesting the best solutions to minimize downtime for customers

2. can start the internship between 19th Nov'20 and 24th Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months

1. Looking for fresh BE/MCA (or super talented BSc) grads in the field of IT/computer science/bio-medical engg
2. Ability to understand customer requirements is key
3. Self-driven and the ability to learn new technologies is a must
4. Ability to handle the front end of the company and interface with customers (hospitals and diagnostic labs), handle issues quickly, and ensure smooth operations
