Job Description
1. Research and identify solutions to software issues
2. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
3. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they've solved a technical issue
4. Handle properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
5. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
6. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
7. Ensure all issues are properly logged
8. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
9. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
10. Prepare accurate and timely reports
11. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
12. Maintain jovial relationships with clients

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Jan'21 and 24th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. SQL knowledge is must
2. Hindi language should be known with fluency
3. Candidate must be in Bangalore and should be an immediate joiner
4. Candidates pursuing education should not apply
