Job Description
1. Managing large amounts of Online chats.
2. Identifying and assessing customers' needs and resolving them on the call
3. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and maintaining files/documents
7. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
8. Generating leads

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd Jun'21 and 7th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
Job location-Chandigarh/Mohali and shift will be US/Canada shift (night shift).
