Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization
Responsible for handling issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
Good accurate records keeping.
Ability to deal with difficult callers
Logical thinker
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Up-to-date technical knowledge
An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
Should work in rotational shifts.
No transportation will be provided.
