About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Resolve customers' queries through chat and tickets
2. Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose and correct faults
3. Coordinate with customer support and QA team to provide accurate and timely resolution of problems
4. Provide application support to the clients according to their requirements
5. Work on customers' onboarding, training, and renewals reminders
