Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for following schedules/ resolving customer cases while abiding with all the prescribed norms.
- Maintain the highest level of technical and process expertise, specific to the industry, client processes, applications/ utilities and products.
- Maintain the highest level of soft-skills and telephone etiquettes.
- Following all the security and network policies while working on company hosted environments and client network/ infrastructure.
- Handle cases/ schedules and escalations appropriately.
- Share technical expertise, process related inputs and best practices with the team
- Maintain 100% quality in terms of documenting the cases with the required information (complete and detailed documentation of the resolution and the rolinical ot cause).

- Education & Experience: BSC.IT/ MCA/ BSC (Co Sc)/ MSC (IT)/ BE/ B. Tech/ BCS/ MCS/ B.E (IT)/ B.E (Elec)/ B.E (Comp)/ MCM.
- Language Skills: Level 3 in verbal and written English. Should be able to interpret instructions correctly, given in English in written or verbally.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in both standard and unusual situations.
- MSCIT, GNIIT, SQL Certification, RHEL.
- Weekly off will be decided as per operational requirement.
- Weekly offs may not be scheduled on consecutive days.
- One may need to stretch the working beyond 9 hours or work on weekly off based on operations requirement.
- The same shall be compensated as per operations policy.
