- Implementation of Fortinet UTM and Wireless Access point at Customer Place.
- Provide demonstration of Fortinet Products, Suggest and deploy Solution based on Client Requirement.
- Telephonic, Remote and Onsite Technical Support to End Customers as well as our Loyal Partner.
- Create and Manage Support Call Tickets on Amity CRM Portal assigned for your Support Call.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve issues of Fortinet UTM & Wireless Access Points.
- Product Training to Customers, Our Loyal Partner and End Customers as per their Demand.
- Routing, cisco certified network associate, switching, networking, system administration, network engineering, switch configuration, eigrp, network support, fortinet, security, jncia, juniper, ccna, juniper routers, mpls, bgp ,Cisco Networking,CCNP Routing,Cisco Routers,VLAN Configuration,Static Routing,Cisco Switches,Cisco IPS,Routing Protocols,Network Security,Router Configuration
