- Knowledge of troubleshooting of basic email, web hosting and VPS issues
- Understanding of terminology and concepts, including but not limited to: POP3/IMAP,Exchange and VPNs
- Triage and troubleshooting for basic email and hosting products
- No certification requirement
- Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
