- Candidate will be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to for our flagship HR Product
- To users across North America, EMEA & AP. Candidate require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users

- Should have experience in a Technical call center / ISP Help Desk / Technical Help Desk.- Need to sign an agreement for 18 months.

- Weekoff: Friday and Saturday
