Smemark is currently seeking full-time technical writers for one of our top clients, a well-known enterprise software MNC. This position has a tentative start date in early August at the client’s Gurugram office.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Advertising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Concept, write, and edit copy for a variety of software/cloud product releases working closely with the Product Management team in an agile methodology
Distill product subject matter into engaging customer-centric product documentation.
Track multiple assigned projects to completion, including driving content reviews that can include product management, SMEs, web, brand and other departments
Adhere to brand tone, manor and editorial style guidelines, as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills in a variety of voices and tones
An ability to craft language and communication to multiple target audiences
Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Word, with a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong English writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
