Job Role:
- Understand the user, the context of the user, and the features of the product to build accurate, concise, user-centric, and unambiguous help content that adheres to standards
- Adhere to project timelines, processes and guidelines, and contribute towards delivering a superlative help experience to our users
- Review content written by team mates
- Participate heartily and work towards building the content of tomorrow
- Innovate and bring fresh perspective to how the content team functions
At Tally, you will be a part of the Product Management team. You will report into the Content Manager, who in turn reports into the Associate Director, Linguistics and Content. Your role as a Technical Writer will be an exciting and challenging journey, involving lots of writing, customer studies, copious learning, researching new trends, and contributing to our future products.
