Job Title: Technical Writer
Job Objective:
- We are looking for experienced candidate to join our documentation team, with following responsibilities.
- People who have worked in similar environment, interfacing with multiple technology and functional teams will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and go getter attitude are required.
- A minimum of 5 plus years in similar role will be ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the SMEs (product and project managers, architects, developers, test engineers, etc.) to get information about the processes, procedures and products.
- Prepare high quality documentation deliverables such as process documents, procedure documents, training materials, user guides.
- Create meaningful business example scenarios and illustrations.
- Ability to gather information from documents, analyze the information, and extract only the required information for different types of deliverables.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Follow up with SMEs for technical reviews.
- Review and release documents.
- Collect feedback on the documents and update them if required.
- Maintain document versions and update the documents as and when required.
- Contribute to the style related aspects of documentation.
- Will need to work on multiple projects at the same time.
