Experience : 0.6 to 2 years

Location : Chennai

Salary : As per industry standards

Technical Skill sets : Microsoft Office, SnagIT and Help Authoring Tool (Adobe RoboHelp)

Responsibilities :

• Should have Strong Communication & Writing Skill in English
• · Exposure / Experience in Technical Writing with expertise in Microsoft Office, SnagIT and Help
• Authoring Tool (Adobe RoboHelp)
• · Ability to produce/update easy to understand Technical & Functional documents such as User
• Guide, Admin Guide, Release Notes, Online Help files, etc.
• · Should have Strong Communication & Writing Skill in English
• · Should have Strong Editing & Analytical Skill
• · Experience in Technical Writing with expertise in Microsoft Office, SnagIT and Help Authoring
• Tool (Adobe RoboHelp)
• · Should be able to understand the Functional & Technical aspects of the application
• · Ability to produce/update easy to understand Technical & Functional documents such as User
• Guide, Admin Guide, Release Notes, Online Help files, etc.
• · Interact with multiple Stakeholders (BA, Developers and Testers) for input gathering and
• document as received
• · Knowledge on Document version control and keep revising the documents with respect to the
• changes made in each version
