Job Description
- Responsible for preparing raw and final reports related, but not limited to, background verification and to ensure the delivery of the reports within the defined/specified TAT.
- Also, drafting & proof-reading and reviewing self-work and work of others.
- Analysing the data released from the teams based on the set parameters for respective evidences and remarks and thereafter consolidating the data in the verification report.
- Preparing reports as per the instructions received from the client account managers.
- Standardisation – follow standards laid out for reports.
- Ensure that the reports are written well and in clear/correct English.
- Ensuring that the urgent reports are delivered to the respective Team Lead or CAM (Client Account Manager).
- Timely update to the TL or reporting supervisor for any delay and future hurdle or challenges in the delivery of the reports.
- Maintaining data repositories with respect to remarks templates, report trackers, checklist, specifications, process matrix and sample reports.
- Maintaining, preparing and releasing daily or weekly or monthly reports dashboard or other MIS as required.
- Designing new templates or formats.
- Maintaining quality of the reports by preparing error logs and process checklist.
- Providing real-time feedback to the respective teams for the errors observed during the compilation of the reports.
- Suggesting process improvements based on the errors observed.
- Ensure Quality measures and compliance to standards like ISO etc. (guided by ISM)
- Mentoring & coaching new team member
