Job Description
- We are hiring Freshers with excellent written and verbal communication skills and absolute command over English language with a flair for writing.
- Capture, Collate and organize product information, necessary to create the required product and services documentation.
- Attend project meetings and contribute towards content and relevant documents.
- Interact and support members of internal Communications Group to come-up with required content.
- Plan, design, develop, edit, and maintain various documents according to Industry Standards.
- Verify and Validate the Installation Guides, User Reference Manuals before production release.
- Work closely with QA personnel to ensure that delivered documents are technically accurate, complete, and appropriate.
- Work on various aspects of a Website (Content positioning and management).
- Technical writing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Understanding / Exposure to WEB, B2B (e-commerce) business environment (Technical, Operations and Marketing).
- Exposure in authoring Requirements, Functional specification documents, Product notes, Release notes, user help manuals / guides. Content for marketing collaterals, presentations, Info graphics & research reports etc.
- Expertise on Adobe, Flash, Robohelp, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Gain understanding of configuration management, version & document control.
- Education Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with following percentages(MUST).Graduation/ Post Graduation: 65%Intermediate: 70%SSC: 70%
