Job Description
- Job Purpose: Developing/re-writing different course ware content to support the instructional design process within the Learning Services Group
- Should be good in spoken & written English
- Research, generate topic ideas and create quality content
- Strong writing, succinct, fact-filled content
- An engaging, active tone
- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for audiences
- Proof reading, editing and writing content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles
- Independently developing instructional design and learning content
- Ensuring that the instructional design and learning content are developed as per the standards expected by the management
- Ensuring that development deadlines agreed with the management are met
- Organizing and prioritizing the work as per the requirements of the management
- Editing the work accomplished by the members of the team
- Ensuring that final work output of the team is free of plagiarism
- Contributing towards the development processes of the company’s e-learning ecosystem comprising of the Training Management System, Learning Management System and Assessment Management System
- Position Title: “Content (Technical) Writer”

- Experience Range: 0-2 Years
