Job Description:

Take the right equipment and proper chemical from the Supervisor
Reporting at customers premise in time in a presentable manner as per the schedule on the HICARE RUN Application
Deliver the service as per inspection findings.
Clean the premises if service generates any residue like dust and spillages.
Inform client about Do’s and Don’ts.
Collect payment and issue a receipt if applicable and put the details on the app
Referral & feedback to be asked from customer
Inform Service Center with immediate effect on Postponement / Cancellation / Area Mismatch and Inspection Report Mismatch
Complete all the assigned tasks
On return to SC handover cash/cheque collection and balance chemical
Check with the A&AO if all the services have been registered on the system and clear any discrepancies
