Job Description
- Ensuring 100% Network availability for all assigned telecom sites.
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance is conducted for all assigned telecom sites.
- Identify and rectify minor issues on sites and report major issues to CLE for support and resolution.
- Site Health is to be maintained by ensuring timely checking and replacing of spares and material.
- Collection of EB Bills of all assigned telecom site within the given timeline.
- Ensuring timely and accurate diesel filling as per the defined BEAT plan.
- Timely escalation of any owner issues to CLE, MIS, O&M Manager and Customer.
- Coordinating with OMCR executive for all alarms.
- Ensuring to clear alarms with in the MTTR.
