Job Description
- A Lead Management to Enrollment
- Counselling students and parents and converting Leads to walk in's or Enrollments.
- Attending to inbound leads from all sources - Phone Calls, Just Dial, Urban Pro, Facebook, Googleetc.
- Generating quality leads for Student counsellors at various locations.
- Methodical follow up of all leads of student counsellors within a few hours of enquiry - on CRM.
- Report creation of calls made, responses and follow up measures.
- Ensuring appropriate courses being suggested along with up selling courses and relevant materials.
- Enrollment procedures as per DQ Labs requirements including Photograph, payments etc.
- On boarding procedure - Issuing receipts for enrolled students, ensuring books are given, online activation, Whats app group etc.
- Ensuring the fees received in cash / cheque / EDC etc. is deposited on within 24 hours into the relevant bank accounts.
- Ensuring all enrollment details are updated at the end of the day
- B Communication and Analysis.
- Single point of contact for students and parents - Coordination & communication by email, SMS,Whats app, phone calls etc.
- Analysis of enquiries, expectations from parents / students, feedback.
- Understanding what is lacking and suggesting improvement techniques.
- Competitor Analysis - Formal & Informal
- C Follow up.
- Follow up with payments and ensure payments are completed on time from students.
- Maintaining a good relationship with students & Parents
- Skills Required:Strong sales skills, Business oriented and meticulous.
- Strong Communication (English + Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet etc.).
- Good Online Research skills.
- Enthusiastic and self motivated to handle things independently.
