Tele Caller
- LocalRamu is a fastest growing mobile based market place for home services.
- Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Experience : 0 – 2 Years
- Function : Tele callers/Customer service
- Vacancy : 20
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate service executives for further development and closure
- Close leads and achieve monthly quota
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Proven tele calling/customer service experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Qualification : PUC/Diploma/Graduates
- Working Days : 6 Days a Week (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
- Job Nature : Full Time
