Job Description
- Contact potential new and existing customer to provide the information about the project as per script
- Interact with customer via phone to understand customer requirements
- Dealing with customer for their enquiries & queries over the phone or via e-mail
- Contact customers and maintain regular follow ups with them, Contact potential
- Customers and get in touch with the concerned persons and schedule site visit with sales officer
- Co-ordinate with sales team regarding customer site visit.
- Data entry and update customer information in the database (CRM Software, IMS Software) telephone system etc.
- Record keeping for all sales call related information and note useful information
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
