Job Description

We are looking for a Passionate applicant for the Marketing Tele-calling that is very critical function for our company's success.

We need someone:

Who has good communication (Hindi or English) for cold calls to generate leads to our Business
Can convert inquiries into sales by answering in-bound telephone calls
Who can learn quickly and contribute to our fast growing start-up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation.
Decent Communication in Hindi and English.
Should be able to handle queries and can articulate about our service.
Good convincing skills.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedure of the vertical as well as the company .
Considers Tele-Calling NOT as a monotonous, mechanical and out-dated 'sales role' but as dynamic and 'effective sales & communication technique'.
Data entry skills .
Handle grievances to safeguard company's reputation.
Can go extra miles to facilitate future sales.
Cool-tempered and able to deal with rejection.
Source new sales opportunity through researched lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Eloquent and professional phone presence and experience with dialling dozens of calls per day.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We Require:

Looking for the Passionate applicant for a stealth mode start- up based out of Delhi, Saket.
Experience - 1 to 2 years of Tele-Calling experience preferably in the automobile industry.
Excellent selling skills
A keen interest in car issues
Initiator - Loves taking initiatives
Negotiation sales skills
The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
Negotiating skills
The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively

Salary Range-INR Rs.20,000- Rs.25000pm
