Degination - Receptionist /Telecaller
Location - Sector 10 dwarka Delhi
(Fresher and experience)
Female
Education- 12pass, undergraduate, Graduation
Good Communication skills
Dress Code - Formal Only
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Ambitious, young, dynamic female telecalling.
2. Executives required who can actively work and sales.
3. Telecalling preferably from Education sector.
4. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
5. Handling clients, calling and attending calls.
6. Making clients understand about the product or service offered.
7. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
8. Enter and update customers information in the database.
9. Maintain relevant MIS as required.
10. Should be able to work in excel and word.
11. Should be fluent in English.
