Job Description
- Manage the program and manage sales desks / kiosks on-site (In Hospital)
- Manage prospective customers and explain benefits of enrolling for the product
- Maintain data of customers who have enquired about the product.
- Follow up and arrange for meeting with various prospective customers if they are not converted in first attempt.
- Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, finance department, estimate departments and all other linkeddepartments in the healthcare institution
- Ensure that the customers with completed plans get timely treatment from the healthcare service providers
- Take feedback of the services and resolve customer issues, if any
- Manage relationship with hospitals and ensure targets related to plans placed are met; upkeep service deliverystandards
