- Maintain good relationship with customers.

- Taking down the details of the customer.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales .
- Identify Prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases.
- Diagnosing the problem & ability to solve that efficiently.
- Ensuring client business processing is completed within deadlines
