Job Description
- Making calls/follow up calls to enquires/walk-ins/payment reminders etc.. assigned by the Branch Head
- Generating walk-in’s, by effective and timely communication.
- Always maintain good telephonic etiquette.
- Updating day to day work in Excel, i.e. leads, walk-in, admission, payments.
- Completing student joining formalities and documentation forms.
- Coordinating with the team members and Stake holders for requirements.
- Should be good at computer's.
- Reporting to Branch Head, Director/Management about the daily work via Emails/calls/messages etc....
- Maintaining the standards set by the management.
- Should be able to work in a team.
- Freshers also welcome
- Excellent communication Skills
- Negotiating and motivating skills
- Must be a graduate.
- knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu must.
- Pleasing personality.
