Job Description
- Call students and provide information about the company's products and convince them to enroll
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (calls/emails/chats)
- Record all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform
- Maintain high-level service to customers
- Keep students notified of product updates
- Maintain a record of students
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with team members
- Adhere to processes, standards, targets, & objectives
- Take proper follow-up
