INBOUND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound calls for solving customer quires.

- Candidate should have good convincing skills.
- Establish and maintain relationship with clients.
- Follow up on the provided databank.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in both an individual and team environment with minimal supervision.
