- Recording all queries in CRM software
- Responsible for making & handling client over telephonic calls
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Multilingual fluency is an added advantage
- Ability to deal with telephone queries in a professional manner
- Should be courteous, professional and polite
- Ability to sustain a conversation
- Possess positive attitude & should be goal oriented
