- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Daily/Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the authority.
- Attending desk calls, coordinating outside calls with office staff.
- Admin work like ticket booking, outstation hotel booking, and other office administrative work.
- Good communication skill, Outgoing personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
