Responsibilities:-
▪ Create a database of new accounts by identifying potential customers.
▪ Arranging appointments/meetings with the clients as per the schedule of the sales team.
▪ Calling the clients, taking feedback and responding to complaints.
▪ Filing all important documents.
Requisite Skills: -
▪ Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of tele calling experience.
▪ Proficiency in computer and Microsoft programs.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication.
▪ Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
▪ Problem-solving skills to be able to provide solutions to challenging situations.
