QUALIFICATION

·         Education - Minimum 12th and Any Graduate.

·         Experience – Telephonic sales job.

ROLE OF EMPLOYEE

·         Conducting Market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market.

·         Acquisition and retention of clients by  understanding clients needs and providing them best services.

·         Completing monthly target of revenue generation with the products, by client handling.

·         Working on paid client portfolio and ensuring payment follow ups.

·         Convincing clients to invest in stock markets.

·         Completing monthly target and submitting the details to the management every month end.

·         Assisting in identifying business opportunities and analyzing sales options.

·         Achieving targets set by the management.

GOALS

·         Achieving targets individually.

·         Completing the responsibility given by the team leader and the management.

·         Making excellent goodwill of the firm infront of the client.

JOB SUMMARY

·         Job Purpose – Telephonic Sales, Acting as a contact between Company and Client and Convincing  Clients to work with us by providing best service.

·         Job Importance – Working by sitting at one place and handling clients on phone , Also You will enjoy working as employee need not  go door to door for the sale of services.

·          Contribution – One should believe in winning and convincing and achieving monthly targets leading to attractive incentives(like Two wheeler, foreigns trips on over achievements of target)
