Job Description
- Duty of Tele-calling Executive is to make telephone calls using an automatic dialing system and readily knowing the answers to frequently asked questions of the customers/debtors.
- Tele-calling Executive would be responsible for maintaining a complete debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed (learning policy and procedure for accessing letters, sources of needed information and scheduling requirements to achieve successful recovery).
- Experience in Collection Process on Phone.
- Making Outgoing Calls to the customer.
- Good spoken Hindi & understanding of English.
- Prior BPO Experience in Domestic Call Centre is necessary.
- Good telephone manners.
- Experience in Write-off & Recovery will be preferred.
- DRA (Debt & Recovery Agent) Certification is Preferred.
