Job Description
Have to provide counseling to students.You will be responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone and formulating solutions and dispensing product information.
Key Responsibilities
1 Interact with leads and confirm appointments with the senior counselling team.
2 Develop and maintain lead database & Obtains client information by calls,interviewing client/students, verifying information.
3 Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Informclients/potential candidates by explaining procedures, answering questions andproviding information.
4 Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
5 Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
