  • Develop an understanding and awareness of WWF India's work
  • Make calls and explain about WWF India's work to members in a clear and interesting way.
  • Responsible for generating WWF India's Revenue through maintaining individual contacts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills by meeting as many individual donors as possible and also to upscale the production and turning primary data to secondary. 
  • Ability to raise the set target given by the line manager ability to work to tight deadlines through retention and acquisition of new donors from one time and regular giving donors
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
  • Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
  • Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team.
  • Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India's work.
  • Should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales in Outbound process
  • Only female candidates required
