- Position:TeleMarketing Executive
- Should take care of customer service.
- Identify prospective customers, along with their needs and convert them to premium customers.
- Timely follow up and closing the leads
- Forwarding leads to customer relationship team whenever required.
- Essentials;
- 1-3 years experience in tele marketing, or customer service or customer support.
- Excellent communication skill, listening skills
- Linguistics - Malayalam and English
- Self driven and positive attitude.
- Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
- Candidate should be fluent in Malayalam Language.
