MEGA HIRING FOR TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
- Person in this position reports to the Controller (Sales Operation
Head).
- Primary responsibility is to schedule appointments for sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Make outbound customer calls to promote a product.
- Booking appointments and/or service calls with prospective clients.
- Ensuring that the proper pitches & checklists are used.
- Create & update database of customers.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Handle customer inquiries.
Skills and Experience
- Fluent English.
- Previous experience may be an added advantage.
