Experience of 6 months to 2years experience in selling and closing sales over the phone for life insurance productsExcellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi or English and any 2 regional languages Exceptional soft skills and customer engagement levels Should be willing to work in shifts 6 days a week Personal Attributes Competencies Positive Attitude and good grasping skills patient Open and honest in communication Disciplined and focused approach towards career Performance Measures The quantitative measures of the jobs overall responsibility Meet targets on conversion rates NOP and WFYP Ensure a healthy login to issuance and less than 0 cancellations Regards HR
