Job Description
Ø Contact potential or existing lead to inform them about student visa / Work Permit / PR.
Ø Answer questions about student visa / Work Permit / PR visas
Ø Doing telephonic follow-ups and convincing for the walk-ins informing the Student visa / Work Permit / PR visas and fixed the appointment.
Ø Asking questions to understand customer requirements and convincing for the Walk-ins / close sales.
Ø Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM).
Ø Must have good spoken Gujarati and Hindi.
Ø Learn details about visa categories and services offerings.
Ø Obtain lead details of potential customers for suggests visa category.
Ø Regular follow up of potential lead.
Ø Result orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
