Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Contacting potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
