Job Description
- Do calling on Data and Generate Leads.
- Fixing up appointment for client place meeting and explain about the project.
- Fixing up site visits for clients.
- Working for accomplishing target. (Both weekly & Monthly)
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team & should be a team player.
- Report on calling activities to management.
- Assist customers via voice, email or chat.
- Handle queries and complaints of customers.
- Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency.
- Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
- Ability handle tough situation with customer.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
