We are looking for dynamic Tele-marketing Executives with excellent communication skills and would be responsible for reaching to the entire network of clients and institute with regards to counselling services.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Deliver sales talks to describe services that Brainwonders provides, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase service.
2) Contact businesses or private individuals for collaborations.
3) Obtain customer information such as name, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
4) Record names, addresses and feedback of the clients contacted
5) Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and lists purchased from other organizations.
6) Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
7) Respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on sales.
8) Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
09) Schedule appointments for company representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend presentations, orientations and workshops.
