Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a daily basis;
operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications
technologies
2. Influences customers to buy or retain Courses or service by following a prepared script to
give reference information.
3.Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
4. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
5. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
6. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
7. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
publications.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Candidate should have a working knowledge of Software Courses.
10. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Along with monthly
remuneration, you would get a very good incentive and yearly bonus.
