Job Description
- Responsible for handling Outbound / Inbound calls and provide sales related information to customers.
- Communicate via calls, messages,and emails during events/conferences., campaigns. In order to upgrade, upsell clients on new products and services, campaigns.
- Generate daily appointments for the sales team
- Handling queries and objections to initiate – engage and complete the tele-calling process while maintaining excellent customer rapport.
- Maintaining daily reports of calls made.
- Organizing customer database for given city and ensuring the confidentiality of the same.
