- Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product /services of our clients
- Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
- Making polite conversation with customers / prospects on the phone
- Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
- Undertaking first / second level of research towards successful call results
- Understanding of IT industry as one has to call for software, software, Mailing Solutions, e-Commerce products, Website design and development, etc.
