Job Description
Inside Sales Specialist
- The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for
prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales
Directors. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is
essential! His roles and responsibilities include,
- Contacts 120-150 prospects per day using research database and
directories
- Contacts CEOs, VPs, CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, IT Directors to promote
services
- Develops new business, appointment via telephone and
social-media such as email, LinkedIn and social media to identify prospects
within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential
prospects.
- Identify key buying influencers within the prospects to work on
timeline and quality
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating
communications and conducting follow-up communications
- Adjust and Deliver scripted sales pitch to meet needs of
specific individuals
- Conducts and drives customer and marketing surveys as required
- Schedule appointments on behalf of clients to meet prospective
customers
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or
service offered
- Work with the Sales Directors and VP of Sales to develop and
grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in software,
ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents
are attached
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared
sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Follows clients instructions and established policies,
procedures, rules, regulations
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and
regular reporting
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or
related field
- Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Marketing from Service
industry preferred
- 1-5 years services marketing, telemarketing, and/or inside sales
experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and
activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships, excellent
client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical
Experience
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook,
MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
- Result Driven, Good Communication skills, Accent, Patience,
Persistence, Commercial Acumen, Time Management, Motivation for Sales,
Professionalism, Handles Rejection, Persuasiveness, Negotiation, High Energy
levels and self – motivated.
