JD FOR Business development associate
- Enquirer from the customer about their existing energy plan
- Monitor all outbound calls to ensure client standards are maintained
- Maintaining team discipline and Adherence
- Responsible for all day to day activities of the team
- Pitching to the customer the benefits offered to them by having our product plans
- Candidates will be responsible for generating the leads in a cold calling process
- Research on different techniques for convincing the customers over the phone calls
- Advise customer on the product details, handle each call promptly and in a correct manner.
- Convincing them through customer engagements
