1. Call winners of auctions to assist in the product claim journey [ Outbound ]
2. Call winners who have not claimed their product to understand why, and to assist them with their claim. [ Outbound ]
3. Call non-winners to cross-sell and upsell and encourage coupon claims for consumers. [ Outbound ] 4. Address customer concerns regarding claims processing, customer support, customer service and complaint handling [ Inbound ]
5. Handle email tickets regarding grievance handling and customers
Salary: 12000/per Month
Target: 150 Conversions per month
