Job Description

  • Enthusiastic professionals with good communication skills Tamil and English.
  • Should be able to present the service in a structured professional way.
  • Should be able to maintain and develop relationships with existing/New donors via telephone calls. 
  • Should be confident & should have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Make telephone calls to prospect donors.
  • Should be able to make desired number of calls, both Cold calls and Warm calls as per target.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. 
  • Maintain confidentiality. 
  • Use organisation script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls.
  • Record details of opportunities and lead notes
  • Should be able to work with a Team.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

People Skills Management H R Solutions believes in placing Right Candidate for the Right Job & towards this, our firm collects the JD (Job Description) from the Company & then starts searching for the candidates with right profile. After short listing the candidates from our end, we would be holding a screening session with the candidates & then would be forwarding the Profiles to the Companies. After
hearing from the clients, we will inform the candidates to appear for the Interview on the scheduled Date & Time.
Company shall pay onetime recruitment service charges for all selected candidates as mentioned below:
1. 0 – 5 years experience candidates : 8.33% on Annual CTC 2. 5 – 10 Years experience candidates : 10% on Annual CTC 3. 10 years and above experience candidates : 12.5% on Annual CTC
As per the existing market norms, the client will have to release the payment with in Thirty days of the candidate’s joining.
In the event of placed manpower from the agency resigns from the organization within 60 days from the date of joining, there it is the liability of the agency to source the relevant manpower as replacement.
The Company would be required to clear our service charges including the applicable service Tax within a Month’s time.
