Job Description
- Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various projects’ sales teams.
- This position would be responsible to lead a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
- Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales
- Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill

- Advises present or prospective customers through inbound or outbound calls
- Ensuring generation of leads through call references
- Influences customers to go for a Site Visit by following a prepared script and giving project reference information
- To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project
- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires to maximize sales conversions
- To coordinate with other departments on customer queries
- To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers
- To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project
- Graduation
- Work Experience in sales/pre-sales of organizations such as automobile, IT, Educational, real estate etc. Monitor Leads, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities
- Responsible for regular customer interaction for business enquiries and establishing relationship with customers for continuous engagement and feedback
